Organic shopping
Free product listings in Google Shopping, straight from the feed you already maintain.
In the Shopping results, Google shows not just paid listings but also free product listings, fed from Merchant Center. For online stores that maintain their feed anyway, that's close to free visibility, and it's exactly the same product data that AI search engines use.
The problem
In most stores, the product feed gets treated as something technical that's set up once and never looked at again.
- Titles come straight from the inventory system, without the brand, type or feature people actually search for.
- Products get disapproved in Merchant Center and nobody sees the notifications, so part of your range is invisible.
- Required fields like GTIN, brand or availability are missing, so products don't qualify for free listings.
- The price on your site and the price in the feed drift apart, one of the fastest ways to get your account into trouble.
The opportunity
Work on your feed pays off in three places at once. Your paid Shopping campaigns pull almost everything from that same feed, so better titles get you more impressions there too. Your free listings come on top, without extra click costs. And OpenAI publishes its own feed specification for the shopping feature in ChatGPT, with a mapping from the Google format, so a clean Google feed is instantly the starting point for AI shopping too. Do it properly once, and three channels benefit.
Our approach
What we do with your product data.
We manage feeds through Channable, where we're a partner, so rules can differ per channel without you having to maintain several exports.

Cleaning up Merchant Center
Working through disapprovals and warnings until your whole range is approved, including the shipping, returns and VAT settings that otherwise block everything.
Product titles and attributes
Building titles the way people search, with the brand, type and the feature that matters. 'JBL Flip 6 waterproof bluetooth speaker' simply gets more impressions than 'Flip 6'.
Required and recommended fields
Completing GTIN, brand, condition, availability, shipping costs and variants, because incomplete products don't qualify for free listings.
Keeping feed and site aligned
Prices and stock in sync with your online store, and structured data on your product pages that matches your feed. Differences between the two cost you impressions.
Feeding into AI shopping
Preparing that same cleaned-up data according to OpenAI's specification, so your products can also appear in ChatGPT's shopping feature.
Monitoring
Feed errors and disapprovals land in your dashboard, with an alert when something drops out. Otherwise you only notice weeks later that part of your range has fallen out.
In the Growth System
Stage 04: free visibility from paid infrastructure.
Organic shopping is the clearest example of the flywheel in the Growth System. The product data you maintain for your Shopping campaigns in stage 03 produces free listings in stage 04, and that same data is what AI search engines read. Work on one side becomes visible in three channels, without needing extra click budget.

Frequently asked questions
What clients usually ask.
Missing a question? Email or call us, the lines are short here.
Does this mean I don't need Shopping campaigns anymore?
You still do. Free listings add extra visibility, they don't replace paid ones. The paid slots are more prominent and steerable. Think of this as something extra that comes from work you're already doing.
How much traffic does it deliver?
That varies a lot by industry and range, so we deliberately don't put a percentage on it. It does sit in your dashboard as its own line, so after a few months you can simply see what it contributes alongside your paid listings.
Do I need Channable for this?
Not necessarily. If you have a good native connection from your platform, that can work fine. Channable becomes worthwhile once you serve multiple channels or want rules that differ per channel, and then we manage it from one place.
Why are my products getting disapproved?
Usually for boring reasons: a missing GTIN, a price that doesn't match the site, or shipping settings that are wrong. More annoying are policy disapprovals, for example for certain product categories. We work through them and tell you which ones can and can't be fixed.
Does this also get my products into ChatGPT?
It increases the chance, nothing more. OpenAI publishes a feed specification and allowing their crawler in is a requirement, but what actually ends up in an answer isn't something we control. Anyone guaranteeing your products will appear in ChatGPT is selling something that doesn't exist.
There's a good chance part of your range is currently disapproved.
Bring your Merchant Center to the growth session, and we'll work through the notifications so you see how many products are currently missing from the results.
